It is. But maybe your question is a too niche application for any of the regular responders to be able to answer. Or for the common forum users to have experience in. You may have more luck in forums/fora intended for flightsim-enthousiasts/cockpit builders.

Also, wanting a reply within days is kinda bordering on impatience.

Thanks, Valen, I guess that I am used to more active groups. I would have thought that a display that works in sunlight or finding the right enclosure would be fairly common topics. I'll stand by, no worries.

I seen your post and thought about what to say for a while.. But, as you can see didn't come up with anything. If I were you, I would be looking at aircraft grave yards for some salvageable materials.
