Visio for PCB Diagrams

Just wondering if anyone in this forum uses Visio for their PCB layout or schematic diagrams? I'm not talking about doing EDA stuffs which Visio can't but as a form of technical illustrations for documentation purpose, like the one I created below for a VME board:
