Looking for a programer for cool project

I have a cool project idea with a microview breakout and arduino nano but don't have the time or knowledge for the program. If anyone is interested I can pay for the service.
What I want to do is recreate the display shown in Star Wars a new hope where the rebel pilots are being briefed on how to destroy the death star. It dosnt have to be exact but as close as possible so you know right away what it is.
