Phant Server Configurator

Has anyone used this? It doesn't seem to be working at the moment. I've tried it in Linux and Windows; Firefox, Chrome, and IE.

The Server Configurator does not work. I just stumbled across it and it looks like it would be extremely useful for my project.
I have tried the following browsers on Windows 7.1
Chrome 44.0.2403.157 m (64-bit)
Firefox 40.0.3
Explorer 10
It just doesn't work. Too bad.

What the heck Sparkfun team? The Deploy option is still totally broken? Are you even aware of this?
