Conductive Pad / Sensor

Post by RADaugherty » Mon Nov 26, 2018 6:44 am

Not quite sure how to word the title but..

I am creating a voltage meter that has upwards to 24 leads on them. This is to measure large battery packs throughout its discharge window.

So I wanted to find a way to attach these leads to each anode and cathode of the batteries. My best guess is to use some type of pad like a EKG or sleep study would use and go ahead and use the same type of conductive gel that they use (Untested whether or not this will stick to the lead of the battery terminals, but for $4 a bottle I will test later on)

So I'm curious as to what kind of products are out there in regards to these pads.

Thanks for the help!
