Soldering USB 3.0 connectors 2mm pitch

Seems like every component lately has been using a 2.0mm / 0.79" pitch. USB 3.0 type A thru-hole bare connectors for example. Yet I can't seem to find any prototype board that includes a 2.0mm pitch layout to include this connector. Sure there are the gigantic breakout boards with the connector pre soldered, but no proto boards with the pitch to solder them directly in.
Then you have the 2mm components that don't have a breakout board ( example Molex milli-grid). Finding a 0.79 with .100 pitch board to interface with an Arduino is impossible to find.

Anyone know of a 2.0mm and 2.54 board?
