I have a unique project involving a homemade wind turbine. I would like to build a disconnect which would trigger a relay switch when electric grid power is lost. My objective is to have the positive and negative leads of my turbine attached to a relay switch which is closed with the power off and open when the power is on. (this will make the turbine brake) Since the wind turbine will be feeding this, I need the trigger to be sensitive enough to trip when most but not all of the power is lost.

Can anyone give me some direction on this. The relay switches I have found look like they are open without power and closed with power ( the opposite of what I want)?
