selection of PTC and MOV for regulator.

I want to Protect the voltage regulator which has a input voltage of 12V+/- 1 and a load current of 200mA for the regulator.The regulator ZLDO1117 has min load current of 2mA to 5mA and a output current capablity of 1A. A ptc fuse in series with the supply and a MOV in parallel is used for protection. How to specify the PTC voltage, holding current and trip current?
Also help in selecting the MOV DC voltage and energy rating.
