AC Motor current

Need a circuit that uses the AC motor current draw to supply DC to a small drive motor.The drive motor turns a sanding drum and DC motor drives the belt that feeds the Boards under the sanding belt The DC motor has a variable speed control that I want to slow down the belt automatic when the Ac motor reaches the upper Current limit.
