Hi, I just wanted to announce that I've written a Haskell library for using the Simultaneous RFID Reader. The Haskell binding is built on top of ThingMagic's C API (Mercury API).
It works great on a Raspberry Pi, or on a traditional laptop or desktop computer, using a USB-to-serial adapter. (Unfortunately, Haskell is too big to run on a microcontroller like Arduino.)
