Hey everyone, total noob here.
I am trying to control my driveway gate via a zwave Mimolite relay http://www.fortrezz.com/shop/mimo-litezwave and Wink for my home automation.
So, here's what I'm thinking. There is a button on the control panel to allows me to open/close the gate from the panel. I was thinking I could use this solenoid https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11015 ... AuSI8P8HAQ to manually push the button, and connect that to the Mimolite.
Is that plausible?
How would I power the solenoid?
