Hello everyone,
In one of my project I am need to use a bicmos voltage regulator (i.e. LD39300) that can provides 3A current and output is adjustable. Here is the link:

I am just wondering if any of you know any alternative to this product.

It would help if we knew what was wrong with it. Why do you want an alternative?

Most of the time quantities are 0 and lead time is 4 weeks to deliver. So, I am thinking there may be some alternatives that I do not know.

Select 3-10A output, Positive voltage, adjustable, minimum quantity 10, in stock and search. 346 device types available.

According to Octopart, Arrow has 732 and Verical has 750 in stock (though Verical has an MOQ of 10...)

Lyndon, I do not think I can choose 3-10A output. I had to select first "Packaging", then voltage output, voltage input, then package case, finally supply device package (either D-PAK or PPAK). I am using digi-key.com here. Am I missing anything?

Click 3A, shift-click 10A. It will select 3-10A
