Hey everyone,

I'm just checking in with the forum about the delta robot kit I'm releasing soon.

I posted a thread about it earlier but figured I'd point people who might be interested in it towards my recent progress. Right now, I have six working prototypes and have one working with the motion tracking of the kinect which you can see here :

In short, I'm making an interactive installation of several hundred small delta robots which I have designed. I'm trying to simulate a sea of dancing lights, a robot army that can be controlled by the participant. To fund my cause I'm releasing my design as a kit on kickstarter in January. If anyone is interested in supporting my art, or just wishes to assemble a cool robot kit, then I encourage you to check out my project's site :
