Hello, i have some old pcbs that have a part i cant identify, can anyone help?

On the last one it says DAGS with the s underlined.

The first one is from http://www.st.com/web/en/home.html Looks like it could be a MOSFET or a transistor

The second is anyone's guess since we can't see the picture. You should take another pic and attach it to a post.

sorry, i kinda should have mentioned i already knew that and have searched the site, but not found anything.

the little one i have found out, some one sent me a msg about a app for my phone, took me 2 sec to find out.

the LD18 is still a mystery thou..

The ST IC is going to be too old to find out any details on it.
