So we have this for our cat and while it is fun for the cat, it is not challenging enough. So it is time to bring on the Arduino, two servos, and a laser.

My goal is to build a turret using kydex plastic that would mount to one of the big round servo horns that comes with this servo: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11965. I would then have a micro servo on the turret to which i strap a hobby laser to: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9065 and https://www.sparkfun.com/products/594.
So then I realized that my servo at the base of the turret is only 180 degrees. When I looked at the full rotation servo, it appears that their is no positional feedback. With wanting to keep this simple and not have a gear box, how would achieve >180 degrees but < 360 degrees. Full rotation is not required because of the wires that that must come down from the gimbal to the arduino.
Thanks,
Frank
