timer instead __delay library

Can someone explain how can i set timer to work instead delay to display LCD, because in my project i use __delay library and my signal is not conitiniosly because i use delay for display .

Did you read the data sheet?
Did you go to Microchips web site and read App Notes with example code on using the timer?
