PIC 12F683 Tester

Hello im trying to crate a pic 12F683 tester whit LED outputs and button inputs and i wonder if this cuircit that i made will worke? Every GP pin has a LED for output and a button as an input. Cuz im yust getting in to pic programing I would like to know if this can worke?

The quick answer is not quite. Due to the arrangement of your LEDs, there is no way for them to turn on since there is no path to ground. Your push buttons should work as inputs since they are pulled high by your 10K resistors which can then be pulled low by the switches.
