Hi guys,

Just wanted to ask a question regards to my project. My project is :

To design a micro-mouse robot that can detect black spots (representing mines) in a predefined area. The first stage of the project will involve the design of the "mouse", including sensor arrays, motor controllers and micro controller programming. The robot should be able to navigate in the area avoiding all "mines.

My question is, I will be using IR sensor under my robot/car to detect these mines / black dots. How do I actually program my robot so that (like in line following robot to follow the black line) but instead, when seen a black line/circle, avoid it? Any ideas or thoughts? p.s. I will be using the Arduino uno board
