Hi everyone,
I'm new to Arduino and hardware electronics in general, so please bare with me if this is a rather basic question or if I have some technical terms mixed up
I have an embedded module (small barcode scanner) that I want to connect to my Arduino Uno for a project. It has what I believe is a 12-pin ZIF/FFC cable attached to it for interface. What are my options for connecting this to my Arduino?
From the datasheet supplied by the producer I get the logics of which pin should be connected where, but I need someone to explain my options for getting the pins from that very small ZIF/FFC cable into individual pins for connecting wires.
What are my best options working with this interface?
Are these what I am looking for? -->
FPC/FFC flat cable transfer plate is directly inserted DIY 0.5 mm spacing connector
DIY welding connector adapter plate 0.5 to 2.54 FFC/FPC 0.5mm spacing 12P
Any other accessories I could buy to get this up and running ASAP?
Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
