oldie-newby here , have a question

I don't jump into this stuff as much as I used to , so the technology has passed me up a bit. The project involves and older car (12V system), remote horn, matching bluetooth trigger/receiver & an Arduino board with a 3v input requirement to activate a 12V automotive relay

The Bluetooth trigger is on the steering wheel of the car and the matching receiver puts out 3V on each of the connectors, supposedly to operate a GPS, but I want to use the signal to act on the Arduino 3V input. The Arduino 3V relay will control the 12V throughput needed for the horn.

This sound do-able?
