Myoware sensor code

Hi - I have a myoware sensor. Last month I had code which output the flex in voltage via the serial output.
I had found this code online and had it working but have lost the arduino file and can't source the code online anywhere.
Can anyone send me a link to this code because currently I can only get readings on a 0-1000 scale rather than 0-5v.
If it is merely a matter of dividing my analog output reading by 200 please let me know.
