Sparkfun SAMD21 Mini and SerialUSB

I bought a SAMD21 MINI card compatible with Arduino for a project that I describe succinctly.
It's to make a flight instrument for my paraglider.
-Recover a GPS frame on a GPS chip. Process this frame to record the trace.
- Return to a Kobo ebook the GPS frame. I installed the XCSoar software on this Kobo to serve as my onboard computer.
Initially, I was using an arduino pro mini but it was not fast enough and there memory is insufficient. Hence the idea of SAMD21.
USB communication works well between the kobo and the Arduino (generic communication).
USB communication with the Kobo does not work with the SAMD21 (SerialUSB). It works very well with my PC.
I did not find an explanation.
A little help would be welcome ...
