hi, I'm trying to follow this tutorial

to program the internal atmega of an opensegment...
I've tried to download the last arduino IDE (1.8.1) but it gives error also verifying a simple sketch like blink and it don't display the board in the board list (I copied the hardware folder in the sketch folder of arduino IDE and I installed the sevseg library)
I'm running osx 10.7.5
I also tried to download 1.6.5 version of the arduino IDE but no news..
whats wrong?
