MP3 one button trigger

Hello all,
I am using the Mp3 player shield and am trying to get one mp3 file to play all the way through once and then stop and then play again every time the button is pushed. Has anyone put a sketch together to do that they are willing to share. I tried using the MP3 Shield Trigger by: Jim Lindblom but i have to tried the reset A5 to my trigger pin A2 and go low at the same time to get it to somewhat work. I also need to reset the board each time it is powered off to get it to work again.
I have been using a wave shield with a different sketch and have done this with that board.
