Order is still in "Exception" Status

Hello.

I'm very new to the Sparkfun community and I'm not quite sure how orders work.

I ordered a few items to be delivered to an address for 3 December 2018, but as I checked my order history page, I was greeted by and Order Status of "Exception". I emailed Sparkfun to check what is wrong with the order but received no response till then. What is the common cause of this problem?

Give them a call. You are not likely to get help quickly on this forum!

I have been contacting them, but still haven't received a response from them.

This is what is in their FAQ section of the sales site.

I know my orders email confirmation usually shows status in exception but usually it clears shortly. It could be the order was still not picked. As I know all the items ordered where in stock and there where no quantity limitations.

Order was placed on November 26, 2018, and I only ordered an RJ11 Breakout board and 2 RJ11 6-pin connectors.

I have been contacting them, but still haven't received a response from them.
They don't answer the phone?
