How long did it take to get to your neck of the woods?

I'm very new to the Sparkfun community and I'm not quite sure how orders work.

I ordered a few items to be delivered to an address for 3 December 2018, but as I checked my order history page, I was greeted by and Order Status of "Exception". I emailed Sparkfun to check what is wrong with the order but received no response till then. What is the common cause of this problem?
