Don't know if it correct thread to post this...

I'd like to buy couple of these beautiful modems, but it says "Note: Due to frequency restrictions in other countries, we can only ship these to the USA and Canada. Sorry world!"

Digi indeed has a country specific restrictions.
But on a Digi website I found this one, which is especially for international sales.

Can Sparkfun sell those ? I'm in Russia and I want to buy these modems along with other Sparkfun goodies.

We've looked into this. Digi told me that in order to sell the international versions, SparkFun would need a presence in the country where they were being sold. As we don't have any plans to open up branches in Russia or anywhere else, I don't think we have an option at this time. I have an open conversation with them so we may have options in the future, but nothing soon and no estimate of when. Sorry!
