Hello,

Recently I've made two orders from Sparkfun, one on the 23rd of January and another on the 27th.

The order made on 23/01 arrived in two weeks, on the 7th of February (very fast, thanks for that), however the order made 4 days later has still not arrived (almost 4 weeks and counting).

I wonder if you have any news about it.

We haven't received it back, but will definitely let you know if we do. Packages going International First Class Mail often take a while longer - sometimes 6 weeks! To Brazil, they can be especially slow. March 13th will be 6 weeks from the ship date, so go ahead and email customer service if you haven't received it by then.

6 weeks have passed and I did not received the order.

I have just mailed customer service.

I would like to post a feedback here about this order.

Indeed it never arrived, but after contacting customer support, they've shipped a new order without any costs on the 13/Mar and yesterday, 03/Apr it has arrived.

For that I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Sparkfun. I can't remember the last time I saw such an efficient customer support.
