Questions relating to designing PCBs

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows where to get the chemical to manually put the positive photoresist onto a blank pcb instead of buying the pre-sensitized boards.

My problem is the size of the board i needed to make, i couldn't find a sensitized board big enough for my problem plus i needed 2 ounce copper because of high currents.

I know i've read about someone doing it before so i'm 90% sure its available, but i'm not even really sure what to search for though.

Thanks for any help!

Greetings Tim,

Its been a verrry long time since I've done any wet chemistry
PCB work.

Where are you? I know that in Europe there are vendors that
sell small quantities of photo-resist and developer to the
hobby trade (RS, Farnel, Peats, Mega Electronics). In the USA
you might have trouble with this due to postal regulations.

Just how big is your PCB?
