Folks,
Earlier today, I submitted my first-ever PCB design to batchpcb.com. It failed the bot's DRC check, telling me I had a clearance issue. I tried it again. Failed DRC. Tried something else. Failed DRC.
I believe I had submitted various board designs four times. I was trying to figure out the problem by trial-and-error.
Suddenly, my mail client beeped at me. I received an unsolicited email from David, identifying my problem and giving me the solution.
Imagine that! I didn't have to contact tech support. Tech support contacted *me!* He must have been monitoring the bot, and, after he stopped laughing at the pitiful attempts by this clueless noob, decided to put him (me) out of his misery.
I've never had an experience like that. What a pleasant surprise!
David, thank you very much. That's service above and beyond the call of duty!
