Questions relating to designing PCBs

Hello,

I am designing a side repeater for a car and I need to design an LED mounted on a PCB that is facing rearward of the vehicle.

I am constrained in space and I am wondering how small I can make PCB.
The LED is an SMT OSRAM Power TOPLED LY E6SF.

They have a recommended solder pad design and it is about 6X6.1
Can I go down to an 8X10 or maybe even an 8x8?

TIA

I think the minimum size through BatchPCB is half an inch. Other manufacturers may be different.

You could order a larger board than you need and cut it down with a dremel.

For my mini prototyping, I get 2x2" photosensitive boards. Some of my boards are the size of a pinky nail, so I will copy it multiple times on the "die". Then, I rough trim with a bandsaw, then sand them down from there.
