Temporary files?

Post by tracebender » Sat May 19, 2007 9:55 am

I just completed my first layout of a small prototype board with eagle. When I began to explore making gerber files I noticed that the project directory has a whole list of files I didn't create.

drivers.b#1
drivers.b#2
drivers.b#2
...... and so on

As far as I know the only files I need at this point are drivers.sch and drivers.brd.

Can anyone tell me what these files are and if it's safe to delete them?

Thx

By the way, I'm figuring they are backup files from the auto back and probably safe to delete but I'd just like a little reassurance :?

Yep, they're autobackup files and can be deleted if you don't need them.
