How\Where to print PCB design with assembly?

Hi, I would like to send the retired project PCM1803A Breakout https://www.sparkfun.com/products/retired/9365
to printing and assemblying...
I have never did it before, I understand that I can order the PCB from OSHPARK and the parts from some supplier but the problem is that the parts are SMD so I've got to find someone who could solder this tiny parts...
Any suggestions?
