Are you using windows 7 onwards? If so use windows explorer to find the folder.
Then use the right mouse button to select the properties.
Then previous versions tab.
Hopefully you should be able to open a folder with the deleted files in, drag them into the current folder.

This backup feature has saved my bacon a few times and no matter that it takes some disc space I always have it enabled.

Hi hosam,
mattylad has given a really helpful option there. That could be the best way to go about this actually.
On the other hand. Eagle saves versions of your schematics. You could take the latest *.s# file and rename to change the extension to .sch Modify the schematic to be exactly the same as what was laid out before to make it match the PCB so that back/forward annotation can be possible.
