Cannot add a library part to schematic

I am modifying an existing schematic in Eagle 7.7.0 The library, "regulators" that I wish to use is in my library folder in Eagle so I went to the schematic and selected "Library > Use > regulators" from the menu.
When I go to the Add button that library is not available for me to use though. What am I missing here please.
