when export gerber from eagle,why the Silkscreen missing

Hello everyone,
my name is allan and I work for a PCB manufacturer. We custom pcb prototype as our customers file ,our fabricate file is gerber file, sometimes our customers send us eagle file,so we need export the gerber file from their eagle file,but recently when i export the gerber , i find the Bottom Silkscreen is missing ,i don't know why ,and my client said there is Bottom Silkscreen in his eagle, but i can't export it always .can anyone show me where is wrong ,and should i do ,any help will be be appreciated. thanks.
