Questions relating to designing PCBs

Hi,
My name is Linh. I am working on a high quality PCB project. I have to calculating stack up for PCB.
I have issues with selecting material for PCB. Please review and advice:
I’m using Isola 370Hr for this project. I want to use cores with 6 mils thickness. But they have 3 options of woven glass for this thickness: 1x1652, 2x1066, 2x1080 (please click on the link: http://farm2.staticflickr.com/1451/2569 ... fe51_b.jpg)
Their dielectric constant value is not too much different, I believe that I can adjust trace with to meet requirements impedance .
+How can I decide which one should be used?
+Are they have any different in physic properties( forget Df/Dk)? And we have to choice base on this?
Thanks for your attention.

Best regard,

Linh Le

Hi Linh

I believe 2x1080 is good choice, it is more common material, save your time and money. btw, if you indicate the dielectric thickness in Gerber, the PCB house will tell you which prepreg they choose.
