Questions relating to designing PCBs

Hello
To measure mass loss of PCB on drying in order to determine moisture content in PCB as function of temperature, i wanted to use the method of thermogravimetric anlysis TGA ,
This is the TGA that i will use : http://www.komef.ru/files/labsys_evo.pdf
My question is how to know the gaz that i should use inert or reactive gas ? ( especially that the samples heated are PCB with phenolic resin which is sensitive to moisture )
other question : ThE PCB of test is VT-47 with low CTE and high Tg FR-4 (Glass temperature Tg>170°C), so when heating the PCB in the Thermogravimetric analyser, should the heating temperature exceed 170°C or shouldn't ?
please help me ! it's urgent! thank you
