Hi,

Maybe this is a trivial thing and I am just missing something.

I got an eagle schematic from a friend, where all components are "private" - from his own library, and they are generic.

I want to "standardize" the schematic, so all components will be based feom a library which provides correct device part numbers and BOM can be generated with ULP.

Any suggestion on the best way to do it ?

Hi,

Have you got these 'standard' components in your own library? If so, use the part 'replace' tool to do what you want. Select the desired new part from your library, and click on each old part you wish to replace!
