Alright so I've been trying to figure this out for the last 3 hrs and its really starting to wear on my patients. I selected 2 24 pin molex and 8 capacitors finished all the routing and only about half the wires were connected. so I deleted it all and tried doing one at a time to try and figure where I messed up or what I was doing wrong. I ran a net wire from pin 1 to capacitor 1 and then from the capacitor finished it to the other pin 1 on molex 2. then did the same for pin 13. when I press the board button it only shows it as connected to the first molex and to the first capacitor but not to molex 2. alright so i deleted all the lines and removed the capacitor from the equation and just ran a single wire from pin 1 molex 1 to pin 1 molex 2 then pressed the board button and nothing. for the life of me I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I haven't messed with the grid size and I am using the net tool.

Alright I figured it out. I needed to place a junction at every molex pin and cap before running the net wires.
