Questions relating to designing PCBs

That's pretty flimsy. It may have been intended as a part of a multilayer board. You may be OK if you only use it for SMD parts.

So Its not any good for THT? Is it only because of the thickness? Or is the actual copper Thinner too? Because while the boards are thin they do seem pretty good, its not like i can rip it bare handily, but it will bend.

According to the eBay listing, the copper is 1oz thick. This is a standard thickness. Go ahead and use TH parts, but I wouldn't mount switches to the board because it's too flimsy. Also, if the board is flexed too many times, the traces may break. On the other hand, the board will be easy to drill.
