whats a good solder paste for stencils. I have .5 pitch ic. Currently using Smd291ax 63/37 and are having problems being too thin.

what is 'too thin'? the solder paste? (I dont understand if yes)

I use some from ebay or dealextreme.com

without any issues so far..
I also make my own solder masks/stencils on my Silhouette Cameo vinyl cutter, so I can save $25-$35 ordering from a 3rd party... coupled with a $17 toaster oven from wal-mart.. I bake/make my own SMD pcb's... :)
