Hi i ve got this simple PCB, seems that there is no mcu, so i guess i could clone this pcb and make it working ? ( i m trying to repair something )

Perhaps it is a PCB that hasn't been etched yet. Easy to clone, though.

Yes, I've done something similar before. Its looks like a 2 layer board with simple connections.
