I posted this question on the "SparkFun-Eagle-Libraries" gitHub, but am guessing a lot more people view this forum...
"Origins not centered - SOIC-14, SO014, SOIC-18
I found that the origins in these packages are not centered... Is there a specific reason for this, or should they be centered. I am concerned because I will be creating a xy placement file for the board house."
Could someone provide some input?
