Questions relating to designing PCBs

Dear Anyone and Everyone,

I am currently doing some trace routing on Eagle. I wanted to route two pins together. When I clicked on the airwire to begin routing, the entire top layer turned a really, really, bright neon red (not the normal top layer trace red). This almost blinds me. I can't see where I am routing. I click somewhere to place the wire. When I click Ratsnest, the trace that made my board go super red is invisible.

It is the only wire that is giving me this problem. It is hooked properly on the schematic. (It's just an LED to its resistor.)

Has anyone else had this problem? If so is there a fix? And why is this happening? :( :( :(

I never came across this issue before. Can you post your Eagle files? If you don't want to post them, you can email them to trevor@rossrobotics.com and I will take a look.
