Eagle design for Nokia 5110 (LCD10168) breakout board#164560

Hey,

I am working on a project which requires us to modify the design of the break out board for the LCD-10168. Is there anywhere I can get the eagle design from?

As far as I know, there is no Layout for it. Sparkfun did not design this. But here is the Eagle library for it.
