Questions relating to designing PCBs

Hi All

I am relatively new to Eagle and the same with Arduino. However, with that said I am busy putting together a PC board that can plug into Arduino MEGA 2560. I found a template for the board and have used it BUT obviously it is bound by it's own board size. So if i have a board that is 4x6 how do i use the template for the Arduino Mega on there so that i know where the pins go but want the board BIGGER than the actual Mega shields? Hope i am making sense?

How do i delete the board "dimension lines" from the template so i can add on a number of headers, components etc AND those headers that require it to plug into the Mega OR can i build my PC board as a fully blown Arduino "clone" and have it as a single board?

However an answer for option one is first prize :)

Thanks in advance.
