Wifly pad dimension

Hi all,

i try to make a wifly package myself. The following figure is from the actual rn-131g datasheet:

Are the pads the proposed size for the pcb or the real size of the rn-131g (and therefore i have to make them a little bigger)?

Size for the PCB.
