Questions relating to designing PCBs

Ok everybody,
I have a quick question, that I would greatly appreciate some help on. I am new to Eagle, I use ORCad 16 at work, but I am not about to pay what they want me to for software that I will just be using at home. I have heard a lot of good things regarding Eagle, so I decided to give it a shot, so I am still trying to figure out how the "libraries" work, so I just downloaded the sparkfun library from github in a .zip format. Now that I have unzipped this file, where do I stick it so Eagle will recognize it and I can use some of the sparkfun parts in my designs. I really just want some of the common footprints that I am not seeing on Eagle. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much everyone!

Its under Program Files/Eagle6.x.x/lbr

Put the .lbr files into the lbr folder.
