Hello learned community:

Has anyone any feedback on Fulltronics Corporation Ltd (aka www.fc-pcb.com) which is a Chinese PCB fab/assembly company (or at least seems to be)? I'm getting very competitive price quotations but feeling a little paranoid/exposed, esp. given that when I requested references they said that was against company policy
